cooking session (about 4 hours) will introduce French culinary
techniques in a Malaysian/Singaporean setting. A small introductory class of up to
6 persons only, set in a HDB flat in Singapore. The session will
be both theory and hands-on. A multi-media presentation and handouts
are included. Emphasis will be on locally available and everyday
ingredients to create a 4-dish meal with a difference!

holder with years of innovative cooking experience PLUS an
