is the result of changes in the Singapore wine
market due to economic structural
changes in 2001 onwards. Our main contribution to the wine & food
trade in Singapore & the region, is via educational &
promotional presentations. These are usually coupled with dining or
cocktail events.
We
continue to import specialty products (both food & wine) for our
selected clientele in Singapore. However, our offerings are mainly
selected product
lines of
Singapore & Malaysian wine & food importers. We do this via our
extensive
goodwill
& worldwide contacts. This website is the virtual face of our
activities, reaching out to both consumers & corporate clients in
Asia and wineries &
foreign
merchants keen to export to our markets. HappyVines.com will continue to offer wine &
dine events & wine tastings. Inform on wine-related news in
Singapore and wine world news that affect us.
Happy Vines Private Kitchen is our entry into the
Culinary world. We will work on matching Food and Wine
in Bacchanalian fashion.
We serve exemplary meals that are well-balanced and enjoyable, in
the comfort of our home in Sabah (Private Dining/Closed-door
Restaurant). Currently, we are on sabatical in SINGAPORE. We offer
adapted services in Singapore, as well. Additionally, there
will be
in-depth talks on gourmet foods, gourmet travel & tours, fine art
&
fashion, etc. We organise & conduct formal & informal
"food with wine pairings" and "wine education with food pairings"
sessions. We are also offering "Local Kadazan/Malaysian/Singaporean
cooking classes" and
"Food hygiene & cookery basics" to private persons & groups,
corporates AND foreign travellers keen on local cuisine.
Finally,
our website partners is expected to span the region, with
special attention to registered members travelling the region.

introduces participants to the largely home-cooked dishes of Sabah's
Kadazan peoples. At present, there is no Kadazan cuisine restaurant,
anywhere in Sabah. The only opportunity to enjoy their dishes are at
family events or at "74 Taman Malakun", our closed-door restaurant.
