 Happy Vines Culinaire begins upon completion of a course leading to the  City & Guilds London Diploma in Food Preparation & Culinary Arts. This section will focus on specialist food products, professional culinary skills and the intimate pairing of food with wine. Asian-inspired Cuisine created using French culinary techniques from a recipie base culled from India, China, Overseas Chinese, Malaysia, Japan, as well as, France, Italy, Spain and the rest of the world. Where ever exciting dishes & flavours are found.
